Kylie + Landon: a romantic snowy small wedding package in the winter of the Colorado mountains12/21/2022 Their story: Landon and I met in high school and have been together since we were 17. We celebrate our anniversary this coming winter! We love the mountains and any adventure. One of our first trips together was to the Colorado mountains. We want a smaller, more intimate ceremony with just our immediate family. I just would love to avoid the drama that can come with a big wedding." Planning a wedding can be a stressful experience, but it doesn't have to be! More and more couples are discovering the beauty and simplicity of hosting a small micro-wedding. Not only does it avoid the drama that can come with a big wedding, but it also allows for a more intimate and personalized celebration. Imagine exchanging vows surrounded by your closest loved ones in a stunning outdoor venue in Colorado. With a smaller guest list, you can focus on the details that matter most to you and your partner without feeling overwhelmed. With the help of Custom Weddings of Colorado's all-inclusive micro wedding package, Kylie and Landon were able to have the wedding of their dreams in a snowy wonderland. We first started working with Kylie and Landon with our Ceremony Site Report which is a great place to get started as it is a written consultation in which we not only provide great affordable ceremony site that fit with couples needs, budget, and priorities….. but, we also give planning guidance to make it all flow well. They idenifitied their top priorities as: having an outdoors winter wedding with scenic mountain views, great photography and an experiend elopement-styled planner. Check, check and checkout photos from their wedding below ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ Kylie's winter elopement package was simply beautiful, and her bouquet perfectly captured the romance and timelessness of the occasion. The natural whites and greens gave off a soft, natural elegance that was hard to ignore, while the inclusion of pine cones added a touch of rustic charm. What really stood out was the fact that there was no burlap involved, which made the bouquet even more special. It was clear that Kylie's choice of flowers had been carefully thought out, resulting in a stunning bouquet that perfectly complemented the winter backdrop. All in all, it was a truly magical experience that really showcased the beauty of an elopement in the winter months. The journey to Sapphire Point was an adventure in itself. Guests could either choose to carpool with each other or follow one another in a caravan to the site. Upon arrival, they were greeted by Custom Weddings of Colorado, who had set out benches and loaner blankets to keep everyone warm and cozy. Then, it was time to take the short walk down to the ceremony site. The wedding ceremony itself was breathtaking, with guests bundled up in winter boots, coats, hats, and gloves. The groom, with the officiant, awaited the bride's entrance. When she finally arrived, Kylie was the picture of elegance in her stunning white dress. After the ceremony, everyone celebrated by signing the marriage license and taking group photos. Next, guests were transported to Bold restaurant in Breckenridge to continue the celebrations. But first, Kylie and Landon finished up their photos at Sapphire Point and around beautiful Breckenridge. When they arrived at the restaurant, they did the ceremonial cake cutting and any speeches before finally getting seated for dinner. This signaled the end of the photography and coordination, and allowed the couple to relax and enjoy their evening with loved ones. If you're thinking of having a winter elopement, look no further than Sapphire Point Overlook in Summit County, Colorado. Kylie and Landon's small wedding was the perfect example of how magical and intimate a winter elopement can be. Custom Weddings of Colorado's all-inclusive micro wedding package made everything effortless and stress-free for the couple. Their special day was full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Behind the ScenesEver wonder what goes on behind-the-scenes of a micro-wedding day? Jaime L. Barba, one of our talented professional photographers, captured me at work from one of our May 2023 weddings in Boulder, Colorado. Enjoy! .... and yes, she does wedding-day content creation (a great alternative if you cannot afford videography) for couples as well as photography.
Content CreationWhat is a wedding day content creator? It’s someone who is there on your wedding day taking pictures on a cell phone (or in Jaime's case, her professional equipement), documenting behind-the-scenes moments, capturing and telling stories, and delivering short-form media content of your wedding day in real-time. Checkout one from our September 2023 weddings ⬇️.
