  • ​​Planning & Coordination:  Wendee personally manages your logistics from start to finish - ceremony site recommendation, permit guidance, vendor booking, marriage license information, and a detailed day-of timeline.  No countless hours of Googling!
  •  Professional Photography:  Choose from seven experienced Colorado wedding photographers. You'll receive edited, high-resolution images with full printing rights—averaging 40 to 90 images per hour.
  • Fresh Florals. Your personal florals (bouquet/s, boutonnière/s) are custom-designed by our exclusive florist using hand-selected, locally sourced, seasonal flowers...because wilted grocery-store flowers deserve better than your wedding day.
  • Custom Wedding Cake. An artfully decorated wedding cake from a local French pastry shop. With 20+ flavor and filling combinations, the hardest part is narrowing it down.
  • Officiant. A local, non-denominational minister or judge performs your ceremony. Pre-scripted and customizable—or write your own vows. Your call.
  • Onsite Coordination. Your onsite coordinator arrives with your florals, cake, a Bluetooth speaker, supplies, and a calm energy that keeps everything running smoothly. You just show up and enjoy it.

How much does a small wedding or elopement in Colorado cost?
Costs vary based on guest count, location, and package inclusions. Our all-inclusive micro-wedding and elopement packages are designed to be affordable without compromising on quality. Check this page current pricing—we're transparent about every dollar.
Can we have a Sapphire Point Overlook wedding?
Sapphire Point is one of Colorado's most beloved ceremony sites, and we have extensive experience planning weddings there. Due to intermittent construction updates, we always recommend having a backup plan—something we handle for you automatically. We know every great alternative in Summit County.
How quickly can a micro-wedding or elopement be planned?
Faster than you'd think! For spontaneous couples, we've pulled together complete packages in as little as five days (wow!).  Most couples plan 3 to 6 to 9 months out, but we're flexible.  The farthest out we like to book is about a year to year and half. 
Do you work with out-of-state couples?
Absolutely— in fact, most of our couples plan their Colorado elopement or micro-wedding from out of state. Wendee's vendor network, site expertise, and detailed planning process make it easy to coordinate everything remotely.

  • If you want to explore LOTS of ceremony sites:  start with the ceremony site report.  This $300 customized report + video service  provides tailored recommendations, sample timing, lodging, and restaurant ideas. The fee can be applied to your Intimate Wedding Package as a deposit.   Once the questionnaire is filled out, you'll receive a custom report within 24-48 hours.

There are amazing venues such at botanic gardens, Red Rocks jetting out of the ground, city parks, creeks, trailheads, overlooks, amphitheaters, courthouse footsteps and vacation homes.  Craft breweries and farm-to-table restaurants abound for celebrations!

Central Mountain Areas

World class ski destinations are accustomed to visitors and easily accessed from Denver International Airport (DIA) by driving along the I-70 corridor:  This is where you find the famous Sapphire Point Overlook  But, if that's too busy for you, there are many other spots around Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Keystone, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Winter Park, and Grand Lake boast views, lakes and mountain passes.

Rocky Mountain National Park

Natural floral fields, stunning wildlife, and dramatic mountains are your ceremony backdrops in our iconic National Park.  The gateway towns of Estes Park and Grand Lake offer relaxing, natural, casual and historic getaways with attractions & activities.  And, if getting a permit in RMNP isn't possible, we know other great spot with wildflower fields and dramatic peaks set along lake shores. 
Additional destinations we service are Aspen, Buena Vista, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods (Manitou Springs), Glenwood Springs, Snowmass, and Steamboat Springs.  We are constantly site searching, hiking, and exploring unique sites to add to the list of options!

How the Micro-Wedding Package Works

Phase One:  select your ceremony date and site - get started with the Ceremony Site Report. 
Phase Two: select your photographer and officiant from our vendor network.  We create your logistics, assist with permits, and recommend lodging, restaurants, and stylists for your hair/makeup.
Phase Three:  the details - putting it all together with your personality, style, and vision with details like cake, flowers, and any extras
Phase Four: we are onsite with you on the wedding day, providing guidance, ease, music, coordination and the best day ever!

Booking a Colorado Micro-Wedding Package
For the spontaneous couple, this package can be pulled together in as little as five days!  Although it is a package, it is personalized to reflect your style and vision - no two micro-weddings are ever the same.  Each one is truly unique.  Look through galleries from our past couples.  We've gone to mountain tops via gondolas or chairlifts, enchanted forests, overlooks, vacation homes, National Parks, State Parks, historic museums, mountain passes, lakeshores and more!  Get started with a ceremony site report to find the spot that is right for you. 🏔
