Wedding Package Inclusions

  • ​Logistical planning and guidance: agenda, logistics, guidance, timing, recommendations (sites, videographer, lodging, restaurants, hair/makeup, etc.)
  • Photography: select from our network of experienced professional photographers. High-res images delivered in an online gallery, downloadable for your own printing. 
  • Officiant:  ​select from our network of professional non-denominational ministers.  Or, in Colorado you can self-solemnize, or have a family member or friend perform the ceremony.  If you choose that route, ask us how... It's easy!​
  • Florals:  using a expert florist who custom designs from your inspiration photos
  • Cake:  using a local French party shop with over 20 flavors, we ​artfully decorate your cake using matching florals and cake stand.  
  • Onsite coordination: pickup/delivery of cake and flowers.  We bring a Bluetooth speaker for ceremony music, mobile emergency kit, umbrellas, and even loaner furs. 
  • Seating:  if your site allows, utilize our wooden benches for ceremony seating
  • Embellishments:  customizable add-on options such as more photography hours, ceremony and/or dinner decorations, extra desserts (like macrons!), rehearsals, etc. Let us know what you envision as other add-ons are possible - please ask!

Just the Basics Elopement Package

For true elopements of up to six guests, choose how many hour of coverage you need: from 1.5 hours, to 3/3.5 or more! 
  • Logistical planning & guidance: + agenda + site recommendations
  • Photography:  1.5 hours at the ceremony site, 2.5 hours with getting-ready photos, or 3.5 hours with a tiny celebration. 
  • Ceremony:  Self-solemnization or use one of our officiants
  • Florals:  ​personal florals for the couple
  • (optional) Cake:  either a one- or two-tiered buttercream cake with over 20 flavor/fillings to choose from. Celebrate at the ceremony site with some bubbly, or go to a restaurant. 
  • ​(optional) Onsite coordination: pickup & deliveries of cake & florals, a speaker for music, ensuring your day flows effortlessly.

This is the elopement package that is carefree and FUN!  Its a hybrid between "just the basics" and the intimate wedding - 2/2.5 hours, with an officiant, and you can eat cake + pop some bubbly!  Maximum 10 guests.

  • Photography:  2.5 hours which typically covers getting ready, first-look (optional), the ceremony, celebrating with some bubbly + cake and time to take photos around the area
  • Ceremony: non-denominational minister or judge (or bring your own)

  • Cake:  one-tiered cake, custom designed with over 20 flavor choices

Often times, the hardest part is picking a ceremony site and destination.  We have a great "Getting Started" service which is like a consultation, in written format, to help guide you on which site would be best.  Most of the sites we recommend are on public lands - NOT expensive event venues - that are less than $500.... some are even FREE!  And yes - there are many that do NOT require a hike and are accessible for all abilities.  Wendee even creates a personalized video message for you when delivering your report.
