This is a perfect turn-key service for couples planning an elopement of two to an all-inclusive, small intimate wedding of 40-people. This package can be customized - you can scale-down or embellish the elements.  There are many possible ceremony sites, based in either Eagle County (Vail, Beaver Creek), Summit County (Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone), Estes Park, in Rocky Mountain National Park, or the Boulder, Denver & Front Range areas.

Planning & Coordination

  • Booking & coordination of vendors
  • Logistical creation of wedding day timing and sequencing
  • Information about the Colorado marriage license: how and where to obtain it
  • Local information such as accommodations, transportation, spa, hair & make-up service. 
  • Onsite coordination: BlueTooth speaker for music, onsite supplies, picking up and deliveries of flowers, cake, loaner furs, etc.

Personalized All-Inclusive Small Wedding Package

For the spontaneous couple, this wedding can be pulled together in as little as seven days!  Although this is an all inclusive ceremony package, it is personalized to reflect your style and vision - no two weddings are ever the same.  Each one is truly unique.  We've gone to mountain tops via gondolas or chairlifts, enchanted forests, overlooks, vacation homes, National Parks, historic museums, lakeshores and more!

On top of Mountains

We find  “off-the-beaten-path” ceremony sites conducive to small, spirited, scenic weddings (often on public lands).  We are always up for the hiking or skiing adventure wedding!  Following the ceremony, we recommend restaurants with private dining rooms/areas or private chefs for a vacation house celebration.

Evergreen Forests

If you are looking for a typical wedding venue or banquet hall that is often advertised, we are not it.  If your are looking for something gorgeous, lighthearted, outdoorsy, easy, memorable, personable, yummy and quality designed - then we are totally it!

In the Aspens

Items *not* included in the package and for you to budget: travel (lodging, air, car rentals), hair + makeup, dinner, attire, rings, marriage license.  Though, we provide you with recommendations for these elements, and logistics to ensure your wedding day flows smoothly.

Natural floral fields and dramatic mountains are your ceremony backdrops in our iconic National Park.  The gateway towns of Estes Park and Grand Lake offer relaxing and historic getaways with attractions & activities.
