Wendee is amazing! She made everything so easy for me throughout the whole process. Our friends had booked Wendee over a year ago in 2020 for a wedding in Estes Park. Wendee had been their coordinator that day. She was so nice and knew exactly what she was doing. They raved on about how amazing she was we decided why not! I always thought that I would have been a big wedding girl but once we saw how intimate the wedding was, we decided right there that's how we wanted to spend our wedding day. Wendee ended up being our coordinator as well, so it was a nice reunion getting to see her a year later. I never was once stressed the day of our wedding. She made sure we had a backup plan if it rained during the ceremony (which it didn't thank goodness). She planned it just right that we moved up the ceremony by a half hour and missed the rain totally. She had such a detailed agenda made for me for every hour which gave us the wiggle room we needed. It was also nice to see and have a schedule made coming from someone who loves agendas and lists. They have an extensive list of photographers to choose from which I felt like I couldn’t go wrong with any of them. She gave us a wide variety of options when it came to food, whether it was a restaurant from inexpensive to expensive depending how comfortable on your budget you wanted to spend. To a list of at home personal chiefs. She helped by giving us a list of everything we needed, like makeup and hair artist recommendations, to even giving a list of lodging in the area. I am 100% glad that we went with them for our wedding day. Thank you again for making our day perfect.

It's been exactly 2 months since my husband and I had our Colorado mountain elopement and we could not have been happier with our experience. I was a bit nervous about planning from so far away and not meeting anyone or tasting anything until the day of but I honestly think everything was even better than if I had my hands in every single detail. You and your team nailed it and really captured everything we were hoping to have on our wedding day. Stephanie was amazing and kept everything running smoothly (and me calm right before walking down the aisle!). Kristin and Nick were SO easy and fun to work with! If we lived closer (or return for an anniversary trip!) I'd love to do another session with them. The food and cake were to die for and the flowers were stunning. The Beaver Run ended up being the PERFECT place for all of our friends/family to be together (but not constantly) so thank you for that recommendation as well. Thank you for all your advice about colors, flowers (they were gorgeous - I love them!), cakes (it was so beautiful!), places to stay (wonderful scenery), the use of your fur shawl (definitely needed!), etc... We had a very memorable ceremony at Sprague Lake (elk galore too)! Working with Andrea was fabulous - we could not have asked for anyone better anywhere! We could not have been any happier with how everything turned out. It could have been 10-15 degrees warmer and sunny, but it could have been colder and rainy - so, we can't complain at all!!! Current July 2019 wedding clientsThe trip was awesome! We got a lot done and saw a lot of snow and got to play a little! I don't think it stopped at all while we were there! We met with Phil - who was so down to earth and fun as well as the caterer at the golf course and saw Sapphire Point twice since we couldn't see anything the first time due to the snow!! I think everything we did made our wedding more exciting and more real!
Cake tasting was a lot of fun as well. We got some macaroon's and mini cannolis and to be honest the macaroon's didn't make it out of the parking lot! I may have a bit of a sweet tooth! I believe we have decided to do the Strawberry Mousse for the bottom larger tier and the Lemon Mousse for the top tier. We decided fruit flavored cake would be great and refreshing for the summer! |
