We are excited to help you find the ceremony site that will fit best with your needs, vision, and budget! Because often the hardest part to planning a wedding is choosing the date, destination, and ceremony site, we offer a brief service to assist couples in getting started. It is like a consultation, but in written format.AREAS WE SERVICE: Denver/Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Buena Vista/Salida, Summit County, Eagle County, Grand County, Estes Park, occasionally Aspen, and other central mountain regions. Currently we don't have the capacity to service Crested Butte or Steamboat (but hope to add those in the near future). Telluride is too far for us.
Keep in mind: we find “off-the-beaten-path” ceremony sites conducive to small, spirited, scenic weddings (often on public lands); we then recommend restaurants with private dining rooms/area or private chefs for catering at a vacation house. If you are looking for a typical wedding venue or banquet hall that is often advertised, we are not it. If you are looking for something gorgeous, lighthearted, outdoorsy, easy, memorable, personable, yummy and quality designed - then we are totally it!
- BEFORE PURCHASING, read our FAQ Page and check our available dates. Because we also provide you with valuable planning tips and information, the report is nonrefundable.
- AFTER PURCHASING, complete a questionnaire to send to Wendee
- Wendee creates a report (PDF) with at least five (often several more) ceremony sites suited to your needs, budget, accessibility, and style - significantly cutting endless hours of doing your own research
- The report also addresses questions you have, gives you basic tips, and beginning listings to nearby lodging and restaurants.
- After deciding your ceremony site and Colorado destination, book your Intimate Wedding Package. This $300 payment can be credited back to you if booking an Intimate Wedding Package. So yes - its like a deposit to get started. But, there is no obligation to book a package should you decided to DIY your wedding.
