Small Mountain Intimate Wedding Package | Grand Lake, Colorado in August 2020
Their story: “Nick and I are parents of two orange kitties; we love to travel and play video games. We met at our college job, a BBQ restaurant and started dating in 2015. We wanted a small destination wedding because we wanted to share this moment with close friends and family that have been with us through our relationship. Colorado is such a beautiful scenery and has become a frequent vacation spot for us."
Wedding details: When COVID turned their original June 2020 date upside down, we quickly went into alternative planning mode. Since most of their plans were already in place, all we had to do was postpone two months later. Their lavender-purple-sage color scheme was incredibly romantic for an August ceremony by the shores of Shadow Mountain Lake in the town of Grand Lake, Colorado - such carefree beauty! They stayed at a local resort which also features a restaurant that has a small private dining room. This is one of the easiest logistical sites: small town, local small resort hotel where you can stay and dine, plus an in-town shoreside secret ceremony spot with views to the east of Rocky Mountain National Park. Truly magical!
