Many of our intimate weddings & elopements are in the mountain areas like Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail/Beaver Creek  (accessible via gondola or chairlift) , and Grand Lake…. at overlooks or decks. Some will be in museums, art galleries, in a field, or living rooms of large vacation homes. We also do many ceremonies around Denver/Boulder, Rocky Mountain NP, and Colorado Springs. Most are at off-the-beaten-path ceremony sites on public lands conducive *only* to very small weddings & elopements.

  • Recommendations on area lodging and restaurants
  • Colorado Marriage License
  • A list of the vendors we use: photographers, officiants, florist and baker
  • Fill out a customized form for Wendee to review
  • Wendee will email you her top three recommendations for you (approximately 24-48 hours post order/form)


This service can be stand-alone. Or, book an intimate wedding package and deduct the $325 fee from the final payment of our package! Essentially, it is the first step in getting started with a customized package, with tons of information.



IMPORTANT: Areas *NOT* covered (but we are researching and adding constantly): Telluride, Steamboat, Crested Butte, Pagosa Spring, Durango, and Red Feather Lakes

Keep in mind that we find  “off-the-beaten-path” ceremony sites conducive to small, spirited, scenic weddings (often on public lands); we then recommend restaurants with private dining rooms/area or private chefs for catering at a vacation house. If you are looking for a typical wedding venue or banquet hall that is often advertised, this is NOT it. If your are looking for something gorgeous, lighthearted, outdoorsy, easy, memorable, personable, yummy and quality designed - then an intimate Colorado wedding is totally it!
