Planning & Officiant

  • 6 planning hours (email, phone)
  • Local recommendations: hair/makeup, lodging, and restaurants
  • Design wedding day schedule, logistics, vendors, timing and marriage license information
  • Ceremony site:  see below for site selections
  • Officiant:  choose from local non-denominational ministers, delivering a  ceremony according to your beliefs
  • Onsite coordination with a little music

Photography

  • 1.5-hours professional wedding photography: choose from seven high-qualified, experienced photographers
  •  Edited high-resolution images for your own printing, delivered in an online gallery
  • Averages 40-90 images per hour
  • One site: meets you at the ceremony site with the flowers & cake​
  • Upgrades:  additional hours, designing & ordering of albums and enlargements...and more

  • Fresh floral bouquet and boutonniere
  • Our professional wedding florist custom designs from your inspiration photos
  • Includes fresh florals for cake
  • One-tiered custom designed wedding cake  with real buttercream
  • Local French pastry shop - select from over #20 flavor and filling options

  • ​Cut & served at the ceremony site.  We bring supplies & sparking water (legally, you'd have bring the champagne)

Things to Know

This is an elopement-style, non-formal, micro-wedding package. Though upgrades may be available, such as having your photographer meet you at your hotel/cottage for pre-wedding photos, or delivery of the cake to the restaurant with cheers!   

​It is a simple, intimate ceremony where a few guests are around the couple to witness their union in a beautiful setting.
