Backyard Wedding: Intimate Elopement Package | Arvada, Colorado in July 2020
Their story: "We met in the summer of 2017. I told him I was too overwhelmed with my studies to pursue a relationship. A few months later, we reconnected. For two and a half years, Ruben drove almost every night to come and see me (he didn't live close). We wanted this day to be stress-free, and to us that means not having to spend a lot of money or worry about anyone feeling left out. Considering everything going on- we are just excited to be with each other everyday."
Wedding details: Lena and Ruben truly opted for a backyard intimate setting by having their ceremony at their parents local Colorado home. Lena went with a bright, summery feel for her wedding day. Her bouquet was made up of daisies, dahlias, succulents and roses. She had variety and vibrancy, with all the yellow, white and greenery coordinates. For the cake, they chose a top layer flavor of Grand Mariner, and Peach Melba (sliced peaches, whipped cream and a layer of raspberry preserves) for the bottom. This wedding screams of summer!
