Ceremony Site Report

Thank you so much for your “Ceremony Site Report” order - the first easy step in planning your small intimate wedding!  Here is the consultation questionnaire.  Please fill it out as best as possible - this helps me to make solid recommendations for you.   After I receive your questionnaire answers, it usually takes me a 24-hour turn-around time to get you the report; on weekends when were are out servicing weddings, it could take a little longer.

And definitely, this fee can be deducted from the final payment of a package, so it is like a deposit to get started with your planning- yay!  Let me know if you have any questions.  Take care - Wendee​
    SECTION 1:  Contact Information.  This section asks basic details about your wedding, but we'd also like to know your story.  Other sections (below) will include questions like your specifications, priorities, style, budget and guests.

    SECTION 2:  Specifications. This section asks for your specs, like number of guests, bridesmaids/groomsmen (if any) and dates.  
    SECTION 3:  Priorities.  For this next several questions, we will ask about your TOP 3-5 priorities, then your SECONDARY 3-5 priorities, and then dislikes.  We'll get to your style , budget and destination in other sections.  
    SECTION 4:  Style and Vision. This is where we get into your style. If you don't know at this point, don't worry. You can simply describe to us your personality, what is your favorite thing to wear, or how would you describe your home decor? Tip: for the past 20 years, we've had multitudes of couples say their style is classy - which can mean everything. So, you won't see "Classy" one this list.   **** Please select no more than 5 style options; limiting to 3 is ideal ****

    SECTION 5:  Budgets. I recommend "chunking" your budget into four different sections. (1) the cermeony package - this is what we provide to you, (2) your travel which would anything that you'd included in a vacation like flights, car rentals, lodging, activities, etc., (3) your dinner, and then (4) any other miscellaneous wedding items like attire, rings, marriage license and hair/makeup.
    SECTION 6:  Your Guests & Destination. This is where we'll get to know your guests, your style of lodging/dining and what weddings or work we've done that you are drawn to.  Its the final section of the form - Congratulations!
