Megan + Tyler
Blue Lake Destination Small Wedding Package | Breckenridge, Colorado in August 2020
Their story: “We met through mutual friends and began dating January of 2016. During our time together, we have always enjoyed adventuring/traveling/hiking. We have visited 6 national parks (Rocky Mountain National Park is where he proposed) and have always envisioned a small, intimate, affordable wedding where we are truly celebrating us and what we love with those we love.”
Wedding details: Megan and Tyler's wedding had many of the traditional elements with bridesmaids, groomsmen and a first look as she was walking down the aisle. But, they did it with a small, intimate celebration at a scenic lake just outside Breckenridge. Due to COVID, many of the restaurants couldn't host 23 people. So, they opted to order takeout and have a small post-ceremony celebration at a large vacation house, complete with cheers, cutting of the cake and even a first dance. Sweet!.... and with just enough elements to take it from courthouse (nope) to small intimate wedding (yep).
