  • Comfortable & Practical Seating. Each bench seats 2 people comfortably (or 3 if you really like each other). They provide excellent ceremony seating while fitting perfectly into your wedding’s aesthetic. 
  • Naturally Durable. Our benches are crafted from quality wood and refinished twice a year to keep them looking their best. They have a natural grain and slight variations in color, giving your event an authentic, earthy touch. Plus, a bit of wear and tear from years of "I dos" just gives them character! 
  • Other wedding-related events.  They’re not just for weddings! These benches are great for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and backyard bashes too. 

Wedding Bench Rental Details
We've made renting as easy as saying "I do." Here’s everything you need to know: 
  • Rental Duration.  Enjoy a 2-day rental. Pick up as early as 8 AM on the first day, and return by 8 PM on the second day. Need extra days? Just ask, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
  • Pricing.  Affordable and stress-free. Our rental rates are designed for budget-conscious brides and event planners alike.  Benches are $18/bench/2-day period.  Maximum 20 benches available.
  • Damage Deposit.  We keep things simple. A $50 damage deposit per bench is fully refundable as long as the benches are returned in the condition they were rented.

  • Book Your Date: Check availability and secure your rental.
  • Pickup Made Easy: Grab your benches starting at 8 AM on Day 1. They'll fit perfectly in your car or small SUV.
  • Enjoy Your Wedding: Transform your ceremony space with rustic seating your guests will love.
  • Return Hassle-Free: Bring the benches back by 8 PM on Day 2.

FAQs for Bench Rentals

  • What are your rates? 
    • $25/bench for a 2-day rental
    • $35/bench for 3-day rental
  • How far in advance should I book? Since we give priority to our couples who have booked an elopement or micro-wedding package, you can reserve the benches as far as two months out, and as close as 2 days prior.  
  • What happens if I need to cancel my rental? Life happens, and we get it. Just give us a heads-up, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
  • Do I need a large car to transport the benches? Not at all! Our benches fold and fit easily into most SUVs and even some large trunks.
  • Can I keep the benches longer than 2 days? Yes, just check with us about availability, and we’ll make arrangements for extended rentals for a small additional fee.
  • Can you provide setup and tear down services?  Yes, if we have availability. See our chart below on white glove bench rental services.  We also bring umbrellas and a "Wedding in Progress" sign with our white glove setup service.   

White Glove Bench Rental Service

Includes delivery, setup, strike and tear-down for the wedding ceremony only.  If you want to use the benches for a reception or celebration (the entire event). please contact us for an extended price quote.  If you are a current client of an elopement of intimate wedding pacakge, rental price is offered at a discounted rate.
