The Big Question: How Much Do Wedding Coordinators Cost?
Wedding Coordination Pricing Guide
Base coordination starts with two face-to-face or vital meetings, a rehearsal the morning prior, and 8 consecutive hours on the wedding day. Should your logistics require more than 8 hours, it is $125/hour rate. Pricing does include travel/time fees. Because we want all parts of your wedding to go off without a hitch, we do require you to also hire a professional & experience photographer, caterer, and florist/decor company.
