Over time, couples began requesting her directly to officiate their ceremonies, inspiring her to create an affordable, officiant-only service. Using a simple "menu" approach,

Wendee provides ceremony wording options for you to choose from, ensuring your ceremony feels personal, meaningful, and uniquely yours. And when the big day arrives, Wendee performs the ceremony herself, making the process seamless and stress-free.

As your dedicated Colorado wedding officiant, we help craft your wedding script, much like ordering your favorite meal. When you book with us, Wendee sends you a simple ONLINE SCRIPT CREATOR (when you book her, you get a FREE code). You get to choose the exact wording for every part of your wedding ceremony.  Here is what you can expect:
  • Total Customization: Mix and match different sections. Want a purely secular ceremony? You got it. Prefer to include religious traditions? Done.
  • Your Vows, Your Way: Pour your heart out by writing your own vows, or take the pressure off and choose from our classic "repeat after me".
  • Personal Touches: Add your own verbiage, inside jokes, or unique twists.
  • The Finishing Polish: Once you pick your favorites, we ask a couple of quick questions to add that final, personal touch. You get a completely customized script that feels exactly "You". No two scripts are ever alike.

The Nitty-Gritty Wedding Officiant Prices

Pricing, Destinations and Rehearsals

Wendee is ordained to officiate weddings.  As your go-to Colorado wedding officiant she makes sure every detail is explained up front—so you feel supported from the start.
  • Location-Based Pricing.  Colorado is a big, beautiful state. Wendee's officiating rates are based on the geographic location of your venue, making her the flexible wedding officiant Colorado couples trust for value.
  • Rehearsals. Good news: rehearsals usually aren't needed for small wedding parties. And, when you have a coordinator on hand, they run the show on your big day.  That said, a rehearsal is required with you have a large wedding party, such as 3 or more on each side standing up with you.  
    • Want Wendee to walk you through it? She'd love to. She can add a rehearsal the morning before your wedding (mornings only, please—no afternoon rehearsals) for a small additional fee based on your location.
  • Hitting the Road.  We love a good road trip. Just let us know if your venue is located more than 100 miles outside of Arvada, Colorado so we can plan travel.

  • Personalized and customized ceremonies.  Wendee's approach is to create a custom ceremony for each couple.  But, if you simply want her to show up and do pre-scripted ceremony, that is certainly an option.  She 5 pre-scripted ceremonies to choose from and you can take $100 off regular rates (yes, you read that right).
  • 🤑  On a budget?  Wendee has 7 pre-made scripts you can choose from instead of creating your own wording.  Simply let her know which one you prefer, and you can deduct $100 from any base pricing!

Additions

  • Rehearsals:  we do require that rehearsals are scheduled morning prior to your wedding day.  A rehearsal is required when you have 3 or more on each side (or more than 4 total) standing up with you. 
  • Additional Planning Meetings:  $75/meeting, maximum 2 hours
  • Attending Walk-Through: starts at $300 (Denver/Boulder area)and depends on the destination (travel/time required) 
  • Need an Onsite Coordinator?  This is how Wendee started in the industry and has trained professionals, available in her network so that you can have an stress-free wedding day. 
  • Benches:  We have wooden benches that can be added.  Ask for a quote! 
  • Florals: Wendee works regularly with a wholesaler and can customize florals for your wedding.  Please contact for a quote.
