Kinsey and Eric’s wedding took place on a crisp Saturday in January. The day was meticulously planned to be relaxed, beautiful, and full of personal touches.
Getting Ready. The day began at their cozy vacation rental in Estes Park. With hair and makeup artist Heather Williams working her magic, Kinsey prepared for the day ahead. Our photographer arrived in the early afternoon to capture all the beautiful details—the dress, the jewelry, the shoes—before Kinsey put on her gown. First Look. One of our favorite moments of any elopement is the "first look." At 1:30 pm, Eric saw Kinsey in her wedding dress for the first time. It was a private, emotional moment, with only the photographer there to capture the pure joy and anticipation. |

Ceremony at Sprague Lake. With excitement in the air, the couple and their families made their way to the stunning Sprague Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. As the instrumental version of Echosmith's "Bright" played from our onsite coordinator's speaker, Kinsey walked down the "aisle" escorted by her parents. With the snow-dusted peaks as their witness, they exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony led by our officiant (yes, also included in our elopement packages). After their first kiss as husband and wife, Bruno Mars' "Marry Her" filled the mountain air.

An Intimate Vacation House Dinner. While guests headed back to the vacation rental, Kinsey and Eric stayed with their photographer to capture more stunning portraits in Moraine Valley. The golden hour light hitting the snow-covered valley created a magical, romantic backdrop for their first photos as a married couple. Back at the house, Chef Christian Anderson was preparing a delicious meal. When Kinsey and Eric arrived, they were greeted with a warm, intimate atmosphere. They cut their beautiful cake from La Patisserie Francaise and then sat down with their family for a celebratory dinner, ending a perfect day of love and laughter.
