  • Intimate Guest List: A strict maximum of 10 people total (the two of you + up to 8 of your favorite humans).
  • Officiating & Coordination: Wendee keeps things running smoothly and leads a heartfelt ceremony with a customized script, tailored just for you. We’ll chat beforehand about your story, your vibe, and any special touches you want included. The result? A ceremony that feels like you—personal, meaningful, and (dare we say) even fun.   • Cake: Yes, your elopement comes with cake! We bring a delicious (flavors/fillings), beautifully decorated cake right to your ceremony site. We’ll set it all up, pop the bubbly for a celebratory toast, and provide everything you need—plates, napkins, cake knives—so all you have to do is enjoy the moment.
  • Logistical Planning & Guidance: Get all the support you need (without the headache). We’ll help you plan out the agenda, manage event logistics, and sort out all the important timing details. You’ll also get thoughtful recommendations—ceremony sites, top-notch videographers, lodging ideas, restaurant suggestions, hair and makeup pros, and more—so you don’t have to start from scratch.
  • Planning & Coordination: Wendee personally manages your logistics from the very first hello to your last dance in the mountains. This means hands-on help with ceremony site recommendations, guiding you through the permit maze, booking trusted vendors, handing over marriage license info, and putting together a detailed day-of timeline. No endless Google searches, no late-night panic—just expert help every step of the way.
