Finding a Wedding Location

You may fill out the form below. We will send your information to 10 appropriate wedding sites. They will contact you directly. Please let Wendee know if & what Colorado wedding locations you have visited, what you liked, and what you did not like about those venues.
You may feel overwhelmed, you may live out-of-state, or your may simply not have the time with a busy schedule to research locations. This is a great option for you to find the location suited to your needs.

Phone consultation: discussing your style, needs, budget, amenities, vision, priorities, dates, number of guests, etc. (30 minutes)

Custom Site Report: a personalized report with recommended locations (10-15) based on your criteria. This report identifies facility contacts, descriptions, inclusions & exclusions, pros/cons, estimated expenses, and 5 to 10 photos of each location.

Final Consultation: around 10 days after your initial phone consultation, meet with Wendee for delivery of your custom site report. You may also use this consultation for any of your planning needs. Please see "Planning Consultations" for ideas on how to tailor this meeting (2 hours). You'll receive the report in addition to:
