Day-Of Coordinator (Its really more like partial planning)

This service includes several pre-wedding meetings, vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination, and day-of management.  The result: brides, grooms, families and attendants get to enjoy the wedding day instead of stressing & working.  Wendee helps with your day-of timeline and logistics.  She creates a ceremony processional/recessional diagram incorporating your music selections, set-up and decor.  Throughout your planning, she is available for guidance, industry tips, and honest referrals.  It is like having a planner, but without the expense.  On your wedding day, she synchronizes setup, monitors timing, schleps, directs, troubleshoots, cues, supplies, arranges, carries, and makes everything run smoothly so that you can focus on your marriage rather than "the details." Hourly Consulting: Help finding venues, vendors, and more!

Consultations with Wendee are planning sessions.  This is perfect for those who need task-oriented help.  For example:  you need a consultation to get you started in finding the perfect location and vendors - what a time saver!  In the same session, Wendee can give you all her insider information and tips to make your planning easy and efficient.  You'll also receive a 50+page planning guide with checklists and templates.  Each meeting with Wendee is tailored to your needs and preferences as she spends 1/2 hour on the phone with you before the meeting getting to know you and your wedding vision. Inclusive Elopement or Intimate Wedding Packages (anywhere from 2 to 25 guests)

This is a perfect turn-key service for couples planning an elopement in Colorado, or an intimate destination weddings of 20-people or less. Wendee provides an all-inclusive base-package for two which can be customized according to additional guests or services.  The locations are based in either the Eagle County (Vail, Beaver Creek), Summit County (Breckenridge, Keystone), or the Boulder/Denver area. Full Service Planning

For the couple who needs a confidant and visionary to create a personalized one-of-a-kind wedding celebration, Wendee will provide you with years of logistical planning and design implementation.  From site selection to inspiration boards, all details will be handled:  vendors, stationary, entertainment, decor, lighting, destination management, food and beverage.  You can select from a package or create your own customized service from a list of menu options.  In order to provide you with the most attentive service, Wendee only services one full planning client at a time.  Contact Wendee to schedule an initial meeting.
