During your planning, Wendee is your virtual consultant, providing you with an agenda, templates, referrals, and a processional/recessional diagram. It is like having a planner, but without the expense. On your wedding day, she synchronizes setup, monitors timing, and is with you, your families & attendants throughout the day. Planning Services
This is unique to couples who want to do their planning, but who also need guidance, time-savings, and trouble-shooting. You consult with Wendee regularly (in-person or on phone). She creates and updates your planning documents. She also customizes for you a 2-week task list ("homework") so you can tune everything else out - great for those who are busy or who get overwhelmed! It is also perfect for couples needing the assistance of a full-service planner, but who may not have the extra $8,000 it costs. Click here for more information. Starting at $150 monthly.
Hourly Consultant
Consultations with Wendee are planning sessions. For example, listen to musician's demo CD's while she creates a custom take-home processional & recessional PDF diagram. Each meeting with Wendee is tailored to your needs and preferences as she spends 1/2 hour on the phone with you before the meeting getting to know you and your wedding vision. During consultations, she can point you in the right direction, prevent costly mistakes, and provide you with detailed location & vendor information. Thus, saving you enormous amounts of time! Intimate Wedding Package
This is a perfect turn-key service for couples planning an elopement in Colorado, or an intimate destination weddings of 20-people or less. Wendee provides an all-inclusive base-package for two which can be customized according to additional guests or services. The locations are based in either the Eagle County (Vail, Beaver Creek), Summit County (Breckenridge, Keystone), or the Boulder Valley area (Boulder, Lyons, Estes Park).
