This service includes several valuable planning sessions, vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination, and day-of management. The result: brides, grooms, families and attendants get to enjoy the wedding day. During your planning, Wendee is your virtual consultant, providing you with tips, a working agenda, templates, vendor referrals, and a processional/recessional chart. It is like having an experienced planner, but without the expense. On your wedding day, she synchronizes the setup and monitors the timing. She is with you throughout the day, guiding you, your families and attendants to the right place at the appropriate times. All you do is focus on marriage rather than the setup! Meetings. For the pre-wedding consultations, Wendee meets brides in her wedding studio located in Longmont, CO. There you will have access to vendor profiles, magazines, books, computer/internet and printer/scanner/copier. She is also available to meet in Broomfield, Westminster or Boulder. She can meet you on-location for a minimal mileage & travel time fee. For destination brides, she communicates via regular phone calls and emails.
* Travel Fees: for mountain destinations (i.e. Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen, Crested Butte), a travel minimal travel fee applies, which includes accommodations for the rehearsal night, travel time and mileage.
